# Service Buddies LLC, doing business as BitSea Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Service Buddies LLC, doing business as BitSea! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or encounter any issues with your order, please review our Return Policy below.

## 1. Returns

### 1.1 Eligibility

1.1.1- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We must receive pictures of packaging from before opening and after, as well as pictures of any damages or issues with in 48 hours of delivery. 

### 1.2 Timeframe

1.2.1- You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

## 2. Requesting a Return

### 2.1 Contact Us

2.1.1- To request a return, please contact our customer service team at [Info@bitsea.Store] (Subject: Returns) within the eligible timeframe.

### 2.2 Required Information

2.2.1- In your return request, please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed explanation of the reason for the return
- Clear pictures of the product highlighting any damages or defects and packaging

### 2.3 Approval

2.3.1- All return requests are subject to approval. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

## 3. Returns Process

### 3.1 Return Authorization

3.1.1- After approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include this number with your returned item.

### 3.2 Packaging

3.2.1- Pack the item securely in new packaging, including all original packaging (you may use the original packaging to return item if packaging is eligible, see Eligible Return Packaging), and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

### 3.3 Eligible Return Packaging

3.3.1- All return packaging must be Secure. Secure meaning NO tares, rips, cracks, holes, missing sides or panels, or any other damages that would cause the product inside to become further damaged or lost. All parts of the damaged or retuning product must be inside of the return packaging. Absolutely No part of the product should be sticking out or hanging out of the return packaging, nor should any part of the damaged or returning product be visible from the outside of the packaging.

### 3.4 Shipping

3.4.1- Shipping Cost is NON- Refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part which would be discussed during return request contact.

3.4.2- Service Buddies LLC, doing business as BitSea offers dropshipping services for selected products. Processing and shipping times may vary. Customers will be provided with estimated delivery times.
3.4.3- Service Buddies LLC, doing business as BitSea is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers or shipping carriers.

3.4.4- Service Buddies LLC, doing business as BitSea absorbs the original shipping cost and adjusts the product cost to include the shipping cost. As such Shipping cost are non-refundable and refunds for damaged products maybe be adjusted to subtract the original shipping cost, in which case all shipping information will be provided to the customer to ensure a transparent transaction.
3.4.5- In the event of a return, items must be sent to original sender [address discussed at time of return]. Customers have the option of a reprint for free* upon return (*for those items that are Print on Demand Products) or a full refund. Please note that either option requires the post office to confirm the return package has been received before we issue the refund or reprint. 


### 3.5 Inspection

3.5.1- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

## 4. Refunds

### 4.1 Refund Process

4.1.1- Refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

### 4.2 Non-Refundable Items

4.2.1- Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to: Shipping cost.

## 5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1.1- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Include clear pictures of the product and its packaging to expedite the resolution process.
